Honing Invention - Cheese Scones and Pate a Choux

Here is a pen and wash I did of Cheese Scones and pate a choux that I practiced for the state level SkillsUSA contest this spring.  It took great effort to perfect the pate a choux and the cheese scones were from an improvised recipe.
