Cheops and his Pyramid

Here is the fruition of my pen-and-wash studies: A portrait of the Pharaoh Cheops (Job from the Bible) standing before the Great Pyramid he constructed at Giza.

Made Oct. 21, 2010

Wheat Stalks

Here is a brief pen-and-wash study I did of wheat. In October.

The Glorious Rodent

This is a study in pen-and-wash that I did of a painting of a Fox Squirrel made by Claudia Nice.

10/2010

Another nostalgic piece

Here is one of my few color pencil pieces. This is of my family pet Garf.

A piece from my past

Here is one of the only pictures I have done with pastel. I made this years ago. I have no way of knowing how many years for sure.

Israelite Harvest

Here is a simple hatching piece that depicts a lone harvester in a mountain-backed wheat field. This was made in 9/6/2010 as a project for level 6 of the New Masters art program.

Plein Air Study of Distant Trees IV

This is the fourth and final piece I did in Estes Park in 8/17/2010. It is the same size as the first.

(I won't be uploading the other two studies because they didn't turn out so well)
